How many Massage Treatments will I need? For any pain relief, we always recommend 5 to 8 massage wellness sessions back to back every week. We have noticed great results when our patients keep up with their sessions. Once the pain has been relieved, it is always a great idea to continue one massage treatment once a month. This will help to keep the body pain free and relax the entire body.
