How many Massage Treatments will I need? For any pain relief, we always recommend 5 to 8 massage wellness sessions back to back every week. How will I feel after My Massage Appointment? If this is your very first massage appointment, then you may feel a little sleepy or dizzy which is very normal. It is best to drink water after your appointment and let your massage therapist know if you don’t get any better after a few minutes.
