During Acupuncture training, Naturopathic Doctors goes through many courses covering many areas of the human body, Acupuncture Points, and treatments to improve illnesses and injuries. They are heavily regulated throughout Canada and require their Acupuncture license to practice in Ontario or other provinces. Also, go through over 500 hours of practical hands-on and supervised sessions.
These sessions are there to ensure they get hands-on knowledge and experience. Besides going through written and oral exams, they also go through practical exams that prove their progress.
