I have been receiving Osteopathy Treatment from Natural Health Clinic of Halton for the past two (2) months, and I could not be happier with my experience.
Tatyana is an incredibly skilled and compassionate practitioner with an incredibly calming presence.
I have hip problems on both sides with restricted range of motion. My mobility has improved a lot since the first day working with Tatyana. She focused on specific strategies and treatment to relieve pain, increase mobility and range through a personalized treatment plan. She also gave me easy strategies to follow at home.

I began seeing Dr. Ali 3 weeks ago for pain in various parts of my body. He provided options for different modalities and explained the benefits of each in detail. After my first session, my neck pain had completely subsided and my body felt overall lighter. It’s evident he cares about his patients and helping them in any way he can. He provides a safe space to relax and you really do feel cared for.

He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and after only a few minutes of working on my back, i could bend over and squat without any pain whatsoever. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Ali Eid. I am nearing my third trimester of pregnancy and have been struggling with severe hip pain (to the point of barely being able to walk). Just finished my first session and already feeling so much better. I was even able to “speed waddle” around the block with no discomfort. He was professional, kind, listened to my concerns and feedback, and was over all wonderful to work with. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time going to an osteopath despite having gone to chiro, physio, acupuncture frequently I was not sure what to expect. I wanted to get treated for TMJ pain.
I got there and was surprised that there was no street parking. Had to pay $12 for one hour of parking...and it's right by the hospital, not sure about you but I avoid the hospital where I can. I should have checked the location ahead of time but I was eager to get treated.
The initial consultation and treatment lasted 15mins at most and I was charged $220 plus hst for an initial consultation that lasted 10-15mins at most with him talking for 5 minutes at the start and 5 mins at the end.
I was relaxed after he released my jaw muscles but when I asked what I can expect after treatment I was not given specific answers.
My session was about 50 mins in total, including time I fell asleep. I didn't know if I was supposed to just keep sleeping or if he was going to come back because it was so short.
To wrap up he said he would help me to relax and destress which will get rid of my TMJ pain and that my pain is caused by surpressed emotions and he will tell me how to not bottle them up and be free like a teenager again. So I asked how can I not surpress my emotions and he did not give a response like I shouldn't be asking that until session 6.
I personally would not recommend anyone going to this clinic and will be looking for another osteopath. I did not get the impression that he wanted to cure me quickly and I don't see why I had to pay to entertain that, also that price for parking is just ridiculous.

I tried booking a 15 minute consultation online and the website says to call the number provided. I call the office and a gentleman answered the phone. I mention that I want to book an appointment and he tells me to do it online. I explain that the website won’t allow me to book and to call the office. He then tells me that he cannot help me and no one else is there at the moment. I then ask if there is a better time that I can call back and he says that he doesn’t know. At this point I was confused so I ask him why he’s answering calls for a clinic if he is unable to redirect or help potential clients. He responds with saying that he can only help me if I’m calling about pain or injury and If I’m unsatisfied with that then I should just call another clinic. Overall very unprofessional individual. The least he could’ve done was to let me know a better time to call back so I could speak with someone who can actually help.
